Terms of Service

Last updated: March 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoidMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

VoidMail is a receive-only email masking service that allows users to create unique email addresses ("masks") that forward incoming mail to a web-based dashboard. The Service does not support outbound email. VoidMail is designed for privacy-conscious individuals who wish to protect their primary email address from third-party exposure.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. Accounts are identified by a randomly generated 16-digit account number. This number is your sole credential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

5. Service Tiers and Billing

VoidMail offers free and paid service tiers. Free accounts are subject to limits on the number of masks, storage capacity, and email retention periods. Paid tiers provide increased limits as described on our pricing page.

6. Email Content and Retention

Emails received through VoidMail masks are stored on our servers for the duration specified by your account tier (Free: 7 days, Pro: 90 days, Business: unlimited). After the retention period, emails are automatically and permanently deleted.

7. Data and Privacy

VoidMail is built with privacy as a core design principle.

8. File Uploads and Prohibited Content

VoidMail provides a file hosting (CDN) feature for paid tiers. You are solely responsible for any files you upload to the Service. By uploading files, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to scan, review, or remove any uploaded files at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may comply with valid legal requests as required by applicable law. Accounts found hosting illegal content will be terminated immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoidMail, its operator, and its hosting providers from any claims, damages, losses, or legal proceedings arising from your uploaded content.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoidMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

11. Account Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not logging in. There is no formal account deletion process — unused accounts and their data are eventually purged according to the retention schedule. If you require immediate data deletion, contact us.

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for extended periods.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. This includes changes to features, storage limits, retention periods, and supported functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
